The beginning of the photosets from our Pitch Black shoot in NYC. It was really an experience to waltz into NYC in full makeup, I did manage to scare some people too just by standing around nonchalantly. Also being in the park at night with it mostly empty was kind of ethereal.

Gonna get some make up at Alcone, go to a dolly meet with Wahrsager, and also gray rayon spandex for the gloves/body of my Pitch costume. (I swear Spandex House knows me by now.)

- After a really fuckin’ awesome day in NYC. We walked a million miles And by that I mean maybe four. I fulfilled her retails dreams of going to the Nintendo Store. I bought some fabric, and socks at Little Miss Miss-matched. We had nice dinner at Outback with my mom. Oh god their sweet potatoes…brown sugar and honey butter.
We sat in times square at night and just stared at shiny ads for half an hour as we waited for time to tick by until her bus would leave.
I miss her :(

Dude was this taken just a day or two ago in NYC? Cause while I was in NYC with Wahrsager we rubbernecked a girl with those SAME tights and I think that looks like her too I think(?). Cause that looks like the Nintendo store (which we visited that day too).
This is the Natural History museum post! It was awesome, we saw the butterflies, frogs, dinosaurs, sea creatures, other mammals, all the cool stuff, yaknow?
That is Manic in the first post loving on her dinopals. The second one is Lyra/Manic with the dolphins display, then me and my beloved cephalopods, Me and the origami tree, then us in the butterfly room, some antelopes, then lots of super cute frog photos I did close up.
This is the Me, RobotLyra and Manic hanging about NYC post! The last photo is the view from their hotel room!! Omg it was lovely. The Rockefeller tree was huge as usual and the street decorations were also shiny as usual! I loved the huge twinkle lights!

I myself really enjoy the colorful fabric shows in the fashion district, not going to find a crazier selection of buttons, trims and fabric anywhere else! Times square is a spectacle of course even if you don’t spend any money, like the Toys R us there is like a damn little theme park just to run around in. Also, hit up some ethnic food, it’s all over NYC, like hole in the wall Italian, German, Vietnamese. Check out downtown with the amazing crazy angled streets. Tho Bronx zoo IS kinda epic I can’t dispute that, I’ve only been once and I didn’t get to see everything.
