While I was visiting Cassi we went to Mitsuwa, a huge Japanese marketplace and eatery! They had amazing fresh made deserts and food, course I was most excited about the Daifuku and Oribenishiki (type of Kurimanju) ! It was so greatttttt.

mochi bunny, cute little rice balls and mini fried hotdogs—————————————————————————————————————————————-
Mini hotdogs:
dough:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tablespoon baking powder (yes its alot, but wanted the dough really light and crispy)
- finely chopped spring onions
- add milk if the dough is too thick
cover the cocktail sausages in the batter and deepfry until the dough is golden brown… *tastes yummy* <3
Rice balls and Mochi Bunny:
I used sushi rice for this.
i am not the best in the world to make onigiri, so used clear film to push out the rice on and then add the crabmeat filling. then i just pulled the plastic together and twisted in to a ball… much much easier ^^
for decorating i used, plain cheese, black nori and red crabcake meat.Rest:
Carrot flowers, mini tomatoes, brocoli, lollo bionda salad (curly salad), edamame beans. and Mini meatballs (bought them finished because they taste really good i think ^^
LOOK HOW TASTY THIS LOOKS OMG
but there isn’t anything really, so you just end up eating cheese slices?
I had just enough energy to make some cupcakes, I intended weeks ago to bring in some to work for my birthday (tomorrow). :) Simple cute cotton candy color icing decorations, homemade butter-creme icing - my fav.

I am at my Godparents house and Charles made homemade from scratch sourcherry pie for dessert ouo
It was so tasty with vanilla ice cream!
